First, unpack the treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical machine, and place them on the upper level near the windows for better ventilation and lighting.

Step 2: Arrange Strength Area Equipment

Place the dumbbell rack and weight training bench on the lower level, ensuring the dumbbell rack is placed against the wall to save space.
